Once you’re a Which? Trusted Trader, we’ll send you your account login details. Your profile is your chance to let potential customers know all about you and your business – to edit it, you’ll need the Which? Trusted Traders login we’ve set up for you.
If you’re interested in getting endorsed, you can find a form to register your interest on the Which? Trusted Traders homepage, or you can call us on 029 2267 0040 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note that when you log in for the first time, we’ll send a six-digit verification code to your email. Once you’ve entered this code, you’ll be able to create your password and log in as below.
The main way you can log in to your Which? Trusted Traders profile is by going straight to the Which? Trusted Traders homepage. You can then use the ‘Edit profile’ button; this is found on the top right of the screen on both desktop and mobile.

This will then take you to the central Which? login page, where you can enter your email address or username, and your password.
After logging in, you’ll be taken directly to your profile page, where you can add your details, edit your page or navigate to other areas of the Which? Trusted Traders site to read our information and advice.
These login details will also give you access to all the information available to Which? members on the main Which? site, including our product reviews.
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry - resetting it is easy. Just follow these steps.:

By doing these things, you can help customers understand what you offer, the quality of your services and whether you’re the right fit for their needs.

Any review left on your Which? Trusted Traders page will be moderated and checked for authenticity, so you can rest assured every review left on the page is genuine. By doing this, customers can trust what people are saying about your business, which isn’t always the case on open platforms.
