Season’s Greetings and Best Wishes for the New Year

This year, we’ve seen:

• 2 Trusted Traders winning at the Which? Awards this year - LCM Flatroofing for Which? Trusted Trader of the Year, and Kimbletech for Renewable Trader of the Year 

• 22 Project of the Month entries - winners ranging from bathroom fitters to fireplace builders, and stairlift installers to conservatory builders
• Launching our new perks and benefits page - giving you access to a number of discounts and perks as a thank you for being a Trusted Trader member 
• We published over 16,000 reviews, which have all been fully moderated to ensure they are genuine
• Hosted our first ever webinar alongside CIPHE & Powered Now to highlight the value of Which?, and talk about how to best manage your business
• Supported 250 disputes that our traders could not resolve with their customers, 39% were resolved in-house by our inhouse team without escalation to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or the need for costly, time consuming court cases
• Supported campaigns from Which? - including ending the insurance rip-off, stop fleecing fans and stamping out scams
• Milestone logos have been launched giving our traders an opportunity to showcase their 5 and 10 year anniversaries!
• Invited as a guest to a live recording at the National Self Build & Restoration Centre where we have educated consumers on the importance of choosing a Trader that has been vetted

None of this would have been possible without the trust and collaboration of our valued traders.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited about:
